Project Intake — Start Here

Tell us about the website
you actually want.

This form replaces three discovery calls and a dozen follow-up emails. Take 15 minutes. The more specific you are now, the better the result — and the fewer surprises later.

01 / 06
First, who are you?
One or two sentences. Imagine explaining it to a smart 12-year-old.
"Small business owners" is too vague. "Female-owned bakeries doing $200k–$1M" is useful.
02 / 06
What's the site's job?
Pick one. The site can do many things, but only one can be the most important.
The primary call-to-action. "Buy a ticket." "Book a consult." "Sign up for the list."
URL and what's broken about it. No site is a valid answer.
The next section is the most valuable one. Most clients cannot articulate what they want — but they can point at things. Section 03 — a note before you continue
03 / 06
Show me the look.
Be specific. "I love the typography on the about page" is gold. "It's clean" is not.
Even more useful than the ones you love. Don't be polite.
"Bold, modern, playful." "Quiet, premium, trustworthy." "Loud, chaotic, fun."
Logo, color palette, font files, brand guidelines — anything you have.
04 / 06
Pages, content, function.
Default is Home / About / Services / Contact. Add what's missing.
05 / 06
Logistics & money.
Be honest. We'll tell you what's realistic for what you want.
Spouse, partner, board? Name them now — saves a re-do later.
06 / 06
Anything else.
What happens next We review within 24 hours and either send a proposal or schedule a 30-minute call to clarify anything missing. No pitch, no pressure.

That's everything. Press send and we'll be in touch within a day.

Received.

Thanks for the detail. We'll review and respond within 24 hours — usually faster.
